Days 20& 21 Food or Insanity

First of all anyone who knows me knows I LOVE food.  Its no surprise to me that 2 and 1/2 years ago I was 260lbs and struggled with weight loss.  I still to this day won't turn down a good meal or the opportunity to try a new food.  Vegas is a land of new and interesting foods to try which makes it hard sometimes for a person like me who would happily spend all day eating.  Over Time I have learned how to limit my "intake" but still enjoy food in general.  I had to learn this because I wasn't going to be happy if I couldn't eat anymore.  Plus one day I would like to start a restaurant with my brother and part of doing that is getting out there and figuring out what people like. 
SO how does food relate to my quest in insanity well first of all it explains my current 4 day set back.  Johns parents are in town and every day we have gone out to eat.  I have eaten so much over the last few days my stomach is quite angry at me at the moment.  Every night we have come home late and stuffed to the brim so much so that working out would be painfully uncomfortable, so we haven't really worked out.  I know its events like this that can completely end a workout routine.  I honestly can't wait until tomorrow though so we can get back on track.  All this food and rest is kinda driving me crazy and I feel kinda slow and heavy and I can't wait to shake it.  Then in a week we can go back to the Burger Bar and have a Cheese Cake burger LOL
