Day 27 I could really use a wish right now....Wish right now....Wish right now

Wow I could really use a wish right now or 40 minuets ago when i started this workout.  What would I wish for.  I would wish that my calves didn't feel like Steel bricks, That I didn't have pain from my heel to the back of my knee. I would wish that my belly wasn't full of gas and that I had some sort of energy to push myself.  I didn't feel like I sandbagged that whole workout and feel absolutely wiped out at the same time.   But if I only have one Wish I Wish that tomorrows workout is a million times better than today's.
On another note I'm thinking about getting the body bugg to see how much I'm actually burning during these workouts.  Stay tuned for tomorrows workout to see if my wish comes true.

Today I got to work out with Jill for the first time in a few days.  I enjoyed it, although like her I felt sluggish.  I had a good work out last night at WFT, and some lifting this morning, but dragged tonight.  I got a big week ahead of me.  Monday is some light lifting, T and W got my usual at WFT and S got a 5k followed by a physical test at WFT to see where I'm at in progression.  Been having some good workouts with a few of my buddies out there.  Jill and I have talked about her getting the body bugg.  She shouldn't worry about, she's going to get one.
