Day 22 And we're back, back in the saddle again

Thats right after a short vacation we are back at it again.  Today was suppose to be pure cardio and cardio abs but I think all the food and lack of working out got to me because when I got home from Jack's Jiu Jitus I had ZERO drive to do anything.  I really didn't even want to workout at all but I knew I needed to make myself get back on track.  So I decided to do Cardio Recovery instead and John joined me.  Anyone who has read previous posts knows that cardio recovery is no joke because it's a lot of squats and lunges and core work.  I chose this over Pure Cardio because there isn't as much exertion.  Even though I picked the less intense workout I still didn't have much drive cordination or pain tolerance.  Needless to say today was a pretty sad workout but it was needed to get back on track.  Now its back to Focus, Proper Nutrition, Hydration, and our workout routine.  If I keep to it I'll be back on to my path of fitness improvement.  Stay Tuned for tomorrows all new Episode of Adventures in Insanity!!!--Jill

Jill is right.  We both had no motivation to do it today.  My day got thrown into a bit of a funk.  I went to work and went to go to the gym, but got wrapped into helping somebody with some other stuff.  I had to postpone my work out till this afternoon.  So I went to the gym got a decent work out in and then came home to work out with Jill.   Seriously though no motivation.  I need to give myself a boot in the ass.  Tomorrow I got MMA, BJJ and boxing one right after the other.  That'll either take some real cajones or a pillow to cry on like a baby. I'm glad Jill is still doing insanity.  She does well 99% of the time.  She's doing well with it--John.
